Inglewood Play All Access Membership Policy

We’re so glad you’re here. Our goal at Inglewood Play is to make learning simple, flexible, and enjoyable—so you can focus on playing music you love. Here’s how your All Access membership works:

Access to Content

Your Inglewood Play membership gives you unlimited access to our full learning library, including all available courses, lessons, and song tutorials, for as long as your subscription is active.

Billing & Renewal

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. After canceling, you will continue to have access to the full library through the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that period.

Refund Policy

We do not offer prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. Once a billing period has begun, it will continue through the end of that cycle.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect according to your billing cycle.

Lifetime Course Access

While membership provides access to all courses during an active subscription, individual courses may also be purchased separately for lifetime access.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
