Sometimes in the production process an instrument will come through the full run and at the last moment (QA) it'll be deemed not quite up to quality standards. This is generally because of a flaw in the woods, a misset label, or even someone who got a little heavy handed with the sander (LOL). Whatever the case, these instruments are all in perfect playing condition but have to be disclosed as Factory Second status and sold at a marked down rate. So, you win!
